According to the complaint, player Martin Dzilah signed a contract (for professional players) with a salary of 5,000 USD/month. The contract is valid from the date of signing until the end of the 2023-2024 V-League season (ending on June 30, 2024).
In the third match, player Martin Dzilah was injured, HAGL Club took player Martin Dzilah to Van Hanh General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City for successful surgery and paid all expenses. After that, because player Martin Dzilah did not meet the professional requirements, HAGL Club and the player negotiated to terminate the contract before the deadline.
On March 21, 2024, LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company and player Martin Dzilah agreed to sign a contract termination record in the spirit of voluntariness and consensus. According to this agreement, Party A (LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company) compensated player Martin Dzilah a total amount of 20,000 USD equivalent to the remaining 4 months of salary of the contract. The two of us, representing HAGL Club, directly delivered the money to player Martin Dzilah. After receiving the full amount of money, player Martin Dzilah wrote in the record that he had received the full 20,000 USD. The contract termination record is made in Vietnamese and English and has equal legal value.

From March 21, 2024, player Martin Dzilah is no longer under the management of HAGL Club and the player is free to register to play with any other club (after that, player Martin Dzilah trained and tried out at Hai Phong Club).
However, in early September 2024, we unexpectedly received a decision from FIFA requiring HAGL Club to pay player Martin Dzilah 29,000 USD based on Martin Dzilah's complaint: "HAGL Club terminated the contract with player Martin Dzilah for an unjustified reason when forcing the player to sign the minutes of termination of the labor contract and sign the receipt of full payment but did not pay the money into the player's account". In fact, the representative of HAGL Club paid player Martin Dzilah 20,000 USD in cash at 3:00 p.m. on March 21, 2024 at the HAGL Group meeting room in Pleiku City (Gia Lai).
Mr. Martin Dzilah's behavior shows signs of the crime of slander as prescribed in Article 156 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017. In addition, Mr. Martin Dzilah's complaint to FIFA demanding that HAGL Club pay an additional amount of 29,000 USD even though he had signed a contract termination agreement and confirmed that he had received the full amount of money also shows signs of the crime of fraud as prescribed in Article 174 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017.
We recommend that the Director of Gia Lai Provincial Police summon player Martin Dzilah to confront the club representative, conduct an appraisal of player Martin Dzilah's signature to verify and clarify the acts of slander and fraud to appropriate assets of LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company.
Previously, LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company sent a request to the authorities to prevent the entry and exit of player Martin Dzilah on the grounds of slander, fraud, and intentionally causing discredit to LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company.
According to Thanh Nien 's source on November 14, the authorities have received a petition from LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company and are coordinating with relevant units to verify and handle the denunciations according to the law.
