The desire to change the homeland of a mountain man
Born and raised in the poor countryside of Ha Giang, young man Ha Xuan Hiep experienced a difficult, deprived and miserable childhood. From the difficulties he experienced, Hiep always carried within him a strong desire, which is to change the lives of the disadvantaged in his homeland.
With the desire to help children have the opportunity to study and change their lives, Hiep decided to return to his hometown after graduating and became a secondary school teacher. During his time teaching, he not only came into contact with many students facing difficult circumstances, but also deeply understood the journey to find knowledge, the worries about food, clothing, money and the difficulties that local people were facing. From then on, in the young man's soul, the desire became greater and greater.
Not only does he impart knowledge to children, his desire to change his homeland also spreads further with the desire to help disadvantaged families. Hiep’s dedication to teaching and his caring and sharing bring hope and belief in a better life for his mountainous homeland.
“Give love, happiness will return”
Always keeping in mind that "Giving is forever", the young man born in 1995 constantly strives and calls for support to help people in difficult circumstances.
Unable to contain his sorrow when seeing the houses made of elephant grass, torn canvas, and old proximang that were not strong enough to withstand natural disasters and landslides, Ha Xuan Hiep mobilized and called for support from the community. As a result, he and the people successfully built 26 new houses. At the same time, he also called for support and gave gifts to poor households when floods devastated the Central region.
Not stopping there, from July to August 2020, Ha Xuan Hiep, together with local people and philanthropists, poured concrete on the slope of Tung Tinh Sung Trai Dong Van Ha Giang with a total length of more than 600m.
In addition, he has supported bringing difficult cases to Hanoi for treatment, specifically: bringing Cho (Sinh) to the National Burn Hospital for facial surgery after being burned due to epilepsy, bringing Pha to Viet Duc for hip examination, and bringing Minh Khanh to the National Children's Hospital for open skull surgery.
Along with that, it is impossible not to mention the opening of a 1km long car road to the isolated area of Lau Linh - Mau Due Yen Minh Ha Giang by Ha Xuan Hiep. All of these projects have achieved great success and were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of Ha Giang province in 2021, to recognize Ha Xuan Hiep's contributions and dedication in socializing volunteer activities for the province.
Joining hands in love, lighting up hope
With the desire to spread love, Ha Xuan Hiep created the YouTube channel "TAM GIAC MACH" to share and call for help from benefactors. Through this YouTube channel, Hiep shared his story and called for help from kind-hearted people. Thanks to that, many benefactors have known and supported him.
The good news is that more and more benefactors are contacting him to help and support those in difficult circumstances to overcome their difficulties. Up to now, Hiep has successfully built 26 houses and 2 inter-village roads for people in difficult ethnic areas, contributing to creating better living conditions for them.
In the future, in order to bring agricultural products of the indigenous people to millions of customers, the young man is determined to develop himself further to continue contributing to building his homeland to become more and more prosperous.
It can be said that the journey of spreading love of the young man Ha Xuan Hiep in Ha Giang is not only an inspiring story, but also an affirmation of the power of love. Thanks to his constant efforts, Hiep has spread love and shared with the less fortunate.
