Ha Tinh has 1 individual honored as a typical national example of studying and following Uncle Ho.

Mr. Tran Minh Luc - Chairman of the Elderly Association of Huong Trach Commune (Huong Khe) is the only individual in Ha Tinh honored as a typical example of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style participating in the program "Ho Chi Minh - Journey of Aspiration 2023".

At the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Palace - Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department in coordination with Vietnam Television recently organized the program "Ho Chi Minh - Journey of Aspiration 2023".

“Ho Chi Minh - Journey of Aspiration” is an annual exchange program to honor and encourage typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Thereby, the program continues to propagate the core contents, affirming the value and contemporary significance of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the current revolutionary cause; creating a spreading power, contributing to consolidating and fostering the belief of cadres, party members and people in the goals and revolutionary path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho.

In 2023, the program will have the participation of 70 delegates who are typical examples, representatives of groups and typical models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style across the country. Among them, there are 55 typical individuals, 8 groups and 7 typical models.

Ha Tinh is honored to have Mr. Tran Minh Luc (born in 1950) - Chairman of the Elderly Association of Huong Trach commune, Huong Khe district, as a typical example participating in the program.

Ha Tinh has 1 individual honored as a typical national example of studying and following Uncle Ho.

Mr. Tran Minh Luc is one of 70 national role models participating in the program.

During the program, the audience was able to watch emotional stories about typical examples from all over the country, the support of international friends for Vietnam... Delegates were also able to watch a special art program praising the Party and Uncle Ho.

At the program, Party and State leaders presented flowers and souvenirs to typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2023.

Previously, on the morning of November 2, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong had a friendly meeting with a delegation of exemplary national representatives in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2023. On this occasion, exemplary national representatives were honored to receive the Uncle Ho Badge - a noble award that President Ho Chi Minh directly presented to exemplary good people and good deeds during his lifetime.

Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia presented the Uncle Ho Badge to Mr. Tran Minh Luc.

As the Chairman of the Association of the Elderly in Huong Trach Commune, Huong Khe District, Mr. Tran Minh Luc has always encouraged the elderly to participate in studying the directives and resolutions of the Party at all levels; mobilized members to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, strictly implement the conventions and village regulations of the unit; actively carry out the task of building new rural areas, such as donating land and trees to widen the roadsides of rural roads and irrigation works in the fields.

Accordingly, senior members donated over ^1,000m2 of land, and destroyed hundreds of high-income trees such as Phuc Trach grapefruit and agarwood to open roads. In 2022, 10/10 members registered to build model gardens and met the standards. To date, 13/13 villages have met the standards of model residential areas; Huong Trach commune has achieved advanced new rural status.
