Accordingly, the starting point connects with Yen Vien - Dinh Xuyen - Phu Dong route (Yen Vien - Dinh Xuyen - Duong Ha section has been invested in construction according to the red line boundary file at a scale of 1/500 approved by the City People's Committee since 2011); the end point intersects with the existing National Highway 1B service road (Ring Road 3).

The design plan for the intersection will be implemented according to a separate project, approved by competent authorities. The intersections between the route and other cross-roads are designed to be level. The red line boundaries at the intersections with cross-roads shown in this document are only preliminarily determined and will be specifically determined and supplemented during the process of making detailed plans for both sides of the route or investing in the construction of cross-roads approved by competent authorities.
