On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), this morning, November 18, in the grounds of Thong Nhat Park, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi solemnly organized a delegation to offer flowers at the Monuments of President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang. Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi Nguyen Lan Huong was the Head of the Delegation.
Attending the flower offering ceremony were comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders of the Committees and Offices of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City; representatives of the leaders of the City Labor Federation, the City Farmers' Association, the City Veterans' Association, the Hanoi Youth Union; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Ba Dinh and Long Bien districts.

The cadres of the Hanoi City Fatherland Front at all levels pledge to unite, strive, study and follow the revolutionary moral example of the two beloved leaders who spent their lives industrious, frugal, honest, upright, wholeheartedly serving the revolution and the people. At the same time, continue to strengthen, build and firmly consolidate the great national unity bloc, promote the creative spirit of the people in building and defending the Fatherland.
According to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, during his revolutionary career, the late President Ton Duc Thang spent 34 years leading the Vietnam Fatherland Front through different periods, of which 22 consecutive years were the President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (September 1955 to February 1977) and was elected Honorary President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (February 1977 to March 1980). The Vietnam Fatherland Front was founded, led and trained by the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh. After 94 years of construction and development, the great national unity bloc has increasingly developed sustainably.
The image of Uncle Ho - Uncle Ton has become a sacred and noble symbol, representing the great solidarity of the Vietnamese people. Uncle Ton's great contributions not only contributed to the Vietnamese revolutionary cause in general but also left a strong mark on the development of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the ages.
Today's flower offering program is a traditional educational activity to foster patriotism for cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations of the city. It is also an opportunity for cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels of the city to commemorate, express their respect, infinite gratitude and vow to study and follow the revolutionary moral example of the two great leaders - shining symbols of patriotism and love for the nation.
