On the afternoon of October 28, Hai Phong City Police said that the authorities had just rescued three students and workers trapped on the third floor of a burning motel in Kenh Duong ward, Le Chan district.

Specifically, at around 8:37 a.m. on October 28, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Region 1 (Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department) received a dispatch order from the Command Information Center 114 (Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department) to report a fire at a residential house at 42/21 Dong Thien Street, Kenh Duong Ward (Le Chan, Hai Phong).
The unit urgently mobilized officers, soldiers, a fire truck, and a rescue vehicle to deploy the fire fighting team.
At the scene, the fire broke out on the first floor of the house, with three people trapped on the third floor due to fire and smoke.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Area 1 guided the trapped people to the balcony on the 3rd floor to avoid the smoke, and at the same time sent a reconnaissance team wearing gas masks to rescue three people to a safe place, deployed a water tank B and quickly extinguished the fire.
Initial information shows that the three people rescued were students and workers renting the room. The fire was extinguished and did not spread widely, damaging two motorbikes on the first floor, with no casualties. Le Chan District Police received the scene, investigated and clarified the cause of the fire.

At around 0:28 on October 6, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team (PCCC&CNCH) of Quan Toan area (Hai Phong) received a report from the Command Information Center 114 - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department about a house fire near An Phong football field in An Phong village, An Hung commune (An Duong).
The unit mobilized 10 officers and soldiers along with two fire trucks to the scene to put out the fire. Here, the force discovered the fire point was a car parked in the garage. Smoke and heat rose up to cover the 2-story house, causing the victims to panic and scream.
Immediately, the fire police sprayed water to put out the fire and searched for victims inside the house.
The scouts approached, cut off the power to the fire area, broke the doors to let out the smoke, and rescued 4 people (2 elderly people, 2 teenagers) trapped on the 2nd floor terrace. After about 20 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished.
