Each liter of RON 95-III gasoline decreased by 30 VND, while E5 RON 92 increased, oil products (except diesel) increased by 90-170 VND from 3:00 p.m. today.
According to the joint management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance today, the price of RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) decreased by 30 VND, to 22,990 VND; E5 RON 92 increased by 100 VND, to 21,790 VND.
At the same time, fuel oil and kerosene also increased by 15,720-21,110 VND per liter or kilogram depending on the type. Diesel oil alone decreased by 90 VND.

In this management period, the joint ministries continued not to allocate funds to the Price Stabilization Fund and stopped spending from this fund. This is the fifth management period that the authorities have not used the fund tool.
Since the beginning of the year, domestic fuel prices have been adjusted 33 times, of which 17 times increased, 12 times decreased and 4 times remained unchanged.
According to the joint ministries, the world oil market has fluctuated between increases and decreases in the past 7 days. Fuel in the international market was affected by investors focusing on the expectation that OPEC+ will cut new supplies and ignoring the increase in US crude oil, gasoline and distillate reserves.
The average price of RON 92 gasoline (the type used to blend E5 RON 92) is 91.75 USD per barrel, up 0.72%; RON 95 is 97.11 USD per barrel, down 0.16%.
Kerosene increased by 0.98% to $106.18; fuel oil also had a new price after increasing by 0.72% to $463.36 per barrel. Diesel oil, on the other hand, decreased by 0.5% to $101.94 per barrel.
