Ho Chi Minh City National University plans to receive 35,500 students in the 2024-2025 school year, of which 10,500 places will be reserved for new students from 22 universities and colleges in the area.

In the room price list announced by Ho Chi Minh City National University, for new students to register, the dormitory room price has many different levels, depending on the number of people staying and the level of additional utility services.

Specifically, room rates range from 205,000 VND to 800,000 VND/month/student for rooms without additional services (such as air conditioning, curtains, cabinets, etc.). For rooms with additional services for 4 students/room, the price is 1.04 - 1.22 million VND/month/student. For rooms with only 2 students/room, the room rate is 1.9 - 2.8 million VND/month/student.

The most special among the dormitory rooms here is the room with the price of 2.815 million VND/month/student. Of which, the room price is 1.575 million VND/month/student plus an additional service fee of 1.24 million VND/month/student. This room will be for two students/room. The room is equipped with convenient equipment such as air conditioner, refrigerator, curtain, washing machine, water heater, shoe rack, mattress, wardrobe, table, chair.

There is also a room for students studying national defense at a price of 300,000 VND/student/2 weeks including electricity, water, mats, pillows (private equipment for studying and military activities according to the plan of the Faculty of Physical Education and National Defense and Security.

The dormitory of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry has a price of 550,000 VND/student/month. This year, the dormitory is expected to receive 2,800 students, of which 1,200 are new students and 1,600 are from the remaining courses.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics has 3 dormitories located in District 1, District 5 (Ho Chi Minh City) and Vinh Long branch (Vinh Long City).

The school’s dormitory includes the following room types: 6-seat, 8-seat, 9-seat, 10-seat, and 12-seat, with fees ranging from 300,000 - 1.15 million VND/month/student. The specific prices are as follows:

Ton Duc Thang University has announced that it will accept students to stay at Tan Phong dormitory in the 2024-2025 academic year. Accordingly, students have two options to pay fees: 5 months or 10 months. Fees will be calculated in addition to the application fee and deposit (to ensure the preservation of assets and equipment).

Dormitories at the school have monthly rental fees ranging from 250,000 to 3.4 million VND/month. Some types of rooms costing over 1 million VND include 4-bed dormitory rooms (1.7 million VND/month), 2-bed rooms (3.4 million VND/month). If students choose to add a parking service, they need to pay from 40,000 to 80,000 VND/month, depending on the type of vehicle, and must pay 5 months/time.

The dormitory of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has 8-student private rooms, equipped with beds, wardrobes, fans, and washing machines. The price is 300,000 VND/person/month.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education has 2 dormitories. Campus 1 (Vo Van Ngan Street, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City) standard room for 8 students, priced at 360,000 VND/person/month; high-class service room for 4 students (with washing machine, air conditioner, dryer, refrigerator), cost 2.6 million VND/person/month; high-class service room for 5 students (similar service to 4-student room) costs 2.2 million VND.

The school's dormitory at campus 2 (Le Van Viet street, Tang Nhon Phu ward, Thu Duc city) has a standard room for 8 students, priced at 400,000 VND/person/month; a standard room for 4 students is priced at 500,000 VND/person/month.

In addition, the mortgage fee for a high-class service room for 4 students is 2.6 million VND/person; a high-class service room for 5 students is 2.2 million VND/person; a standard room for 8 and 4 students is 250,000 VND/person.

The dormitory of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City has many types of rooms. Of which, a standard room for 8 students costs 2 million VND/person/semester. The room has 4 bunk beds, bathroom, toilet, 4 double desks, and separate lockers for each person. Service rooms A, B (4 students) cost 5.25 million VND/person/semester.

In addition, the room has 4 single beds, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, microwave, TV, 4 desks, and private lockers for each person. The service room for K5 students (5 single beds, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, 5 desks, private lockers for each person) costs 4.25 million VND/person/semester.

The price of the rooms at Gia Dinh University dormitory depends on the area, but the monthly payment is about 1.5 million VND/person. Because it is built in an apartment style, the rooms all have a living room, bedroom, kitchen, kitchen cabinets, bathroom, air conditioning and essential amenities.

After 16 years, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law has a dormitory for students and will be put into use in the 2024-2025 school year.
