Meeting with 60 teachers participating in the program "Sharing with teachers"

(Fatherland) - On the afternoon of November 14, in Hanoi, a meeting took place with teachers participating in the 4th Central-level "Sharing with Teachers" and "Outstanding Young Teachers" Program, 2024.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thi Kim Chi expressed her gratitude to the teachers; at the same time, she emphasized that teaching is a noble profession. In remote areas, specialized educational environments need pioneering teachers to take on the task.

The love for the profession and the enthusiasm of youth are the provisions for teachers to overcome difficulties and hardships. That is the strength and fine tradition of the teaching profession and is a noble and proud contribution.

After 10 years of organization, the "Sharing with Teachers" Program has had 516 teachers honored. They are typical examples of teachers from all over the country.

This is also an opportunity for the whole society to recognize, share and show gratitude for the silent contributions of the teaching staff. Through this, there will be mechanisms and policies for the teaching staff in particular and the education sector in general.

Started in 2015, the "Sharing with Teachers" Program in 2024 marks "10 years for the journey of happy teaching and learning", continuing to honor 60 outstanding teachers nationwide.

Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Nguyen Minh Triet said that this year the program received 146 nominations from 54 Vietnam Youth Unions of provinces and cities and the Youth Unions of the Public Security and Border Guard.

The selected teachers have made many contributions to local education; creating remarkable changes in quality. The teachers have the spirit of overcoming difficulties, are dedicated to the cause of education, and are loved by the government, unit leaders, students, parents, and the community.

Working at Reformatory School No. 4, Department of Prison Management Police (Ministry of Public Security), teacher Hoang Thi Ngoc Xuyen said that this was the first time she was honored in this program.

As a teacher at Muong Lan Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Sop Cop, Son La), Ms. Quang Thi Xuan shared that participating in the program is a valuable opportunity. Through this, she can learn from colleagues and listen to the sharing and experiences of other teachers. "Besides love for the profession and enthusiasm, we need a spirit of innovation and persistent cooperation to overcome difficulties and challenges together" - Ms. Quang Thi Xuan expressed.

At the Meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Chi awarded Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Education and Training to 60 outstanding teachers nationwide.

The ceremony to honor teachers participating in the program "Sharing with teachers" in 2024 took place at the Vietnam Cheo Theater on the evening of November 15.
