Realizing its potential and strengths, Tay Ho District Party Committee has concretized the guiding viewpoint in Resolution 09-NQ/TU by issuing Resolution No. 10-NQ/QU on "Developing cultural industry in the district for the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030", in which, the district's consistent viewpoint is to promote internal resources, exploit all potentials and advantages to build Tay Ho district into a service-tourism and cultural center of the capital; focusing on investing in developing a number of potential and advantageous fields of Tay Ho such as: Cultural tourism associated with promoting the value of historical and cultural relics; traditional craft village products, traditional festivals and creative spaces, performing arts, cuisine...".

To specify the orientation of developing cultural industry, the Tay Ho District Street Food and Art Performance Space (Trinh Cong Son walking street, Nhat Tan ward) was established in 2018 and relaunched in 2022, and has received investment and innovation in both quality and quantity. With the orientation of building a Creative Cultural Space where people are the creators and beneficiaries, the District Party Committee has directed the District People's Committee to organize many rich cultural and artistic activities. The performances are organized by officials, people of the wards or social organizations in turn.
