Andros The Race Lakes is a charity run to raise money for orphans. The program attracts the attention of many people of diverse ages and nationalities.
Participants run in teams on flat and off-road tracks with optional distances such as 25km, 15km, 5km (for adults) or 2km, 600m (for children).
Notably, at the program, orphaned beneficiaries also participate in the race like other athletes. They are sponsored by the organizers with necessary items such as shirts, shoes, socks, BIB tags... and will receive medals upon completing their race.
At the end of the program, the organizers will donate the ticket sales after deducting expenses to the orphanages where the children live.

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Trang, representative of the organizing committee, hopes to create conditions for orphans to participate in many social activities to practice self-confidence and independence, in order to contribute to changing their lives.
“Each season, the organizers will select those with good running ability to support their development. Currently, after a period of training, many of them have achieved certain achievements in age-appropriate competitions,” Ms. Trang added.
