(CLO) The top performances of music legends from the 70s and 80s excited the audience at Lam Vien Square (Da Lat), especially with the immortal songs of Disco music.
On the evening of December 21, at Lam Vien Square next to the poetic Xuan Huong Lake, the “Dalat Spring Concert” event took place in 2024, with performances by music legends from the 70s and 80s of the last century, such as Boney M. Liz Mitchell, Joy Band and Samantha Fox.

Nearly 20 thousand audiences "burned out" in the music night of music legends at the music event "Dalat Spring Concert" 2024.
“Dalat Spring Concert” 2024 is the first annual international music project in Da Lat according to international format standards. The program is organized by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in coordination with IB Group Vietnam.

The event was organized to spread the image of Da Lat as a Creative City in the field of Music recognized by UNESCO and towards building Da Lat as a world-class music destination; concretizing Da Lat's commitment when joining the network of Creative Cities in the field of Music of UNESCO.
Although the program only started at 7:30 p.m., the nearly 20,000-seat grandstand at Lam Vien Square was already full early. The event was open to the public and visitors to enjoy top-notch music from international stars.

“Dalat Spring Concert” is divided into three parts with dozens of songs, corresponding to the performances of Boney M. Liz Mitchell, Joy and Samantha Fox.
The world-class performances of artists and music legends of the 70s and 80s made the audience in the mountain town unable to sit still.

In addition, the song "Vietnamese Girls" by the legendary band made Lam Vien Square explode with excitement. This was also the first time the elegant gentlemen of Joy Band brought the song "Vietnamese Girl" to the public on an outdoor stage amidst the poetic nature of Da Lat.

According to the Organizing Committee, "Dalat Spring Concert" 2024 will be the beginning of a series of international-class concerts held annually in Da Lat.
Following the opening act with Boney M. Liz Mitchell, Joy and Samantha Fox, in the coming years there will be other music legends performing on the stage of “Dalat Spring Concert.”
Notably, the programs are completely free, as a gift from Da Lat-Lam Dong for residents and tourists. Thereby, it aims to bring a high-class musical experience and affirm Da Lat as the world's top musical destination.
