More than 9.6 million children at nearly 12,000 preschools nationwide are educated about traffic safety through the program "I love Vietnam".
On March 22, in Nha Trang, Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) coordinated with the Ministry of Education and Training and the National Traffic Safety Committee to organize a conference to summarize the "I love Vietnam" program in preschool education for the period 2020-2024 for managers and teachers at preschool education institutions in 63 provinces and cities across the country.

According to HVN representative, the conference acknowledged the efforts of the parties in implementing the program and completing the expansion to 63 provinces and cities nationwide, an increase of 58 provinces and cities compared to the first school year of implementation 2020-2021.

At the same time, the program received positive reviews and support from teachers with rich and well-invested resources, attracting children to explore and absorb content easily, such as cartoons and comics "Traffic Fun", traffic models, traffic role-playing sets...
At the end of this period, more than 9.6 million children in nearly 12,000 preschools nationwide were educated about traffic safety, helping them form awareness and thinking about participating in traffic safety.

In particular, to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing the program locally in the 2020-2024 period, the Ministry of Education and Training evaluated and awarded certificates of merit to 46 collectives and 8 individuals who excelled in implementing the program nationwide.
Within the framework of the conference, managers and preschool teachers discussed and exchanged experiences and teaching methods of traffic safety education for children, aiming to improve the effectiveness and quality of traffic safety teaching and learning. The program also contributed to helping children gradually memorize and form awareness of safe traffic participation as well as protect themselves from risks when participating in traffic.
"HVN hopes that through the active implementation of the "I love Vietnam" program in preschool education, children will establish a worldview on traffic safety, thereby gradually forming and raising awareness of future generations about the culture of safe and civilized traffic participation," said a representative of HVN.
