Small-scale industrial establishments (TTCN) such as steel rolling, mechanics, civil carpentry, wood sawing, aluminum and glass, and local food production are maintaining good production, meeting the needs of people's lives. The estimated value of the whole year's industry and TTCN is 41.5 billion VND, an increase of 6.96% compared to 2022.
With the increasingly strong urbanization process, production land is narrowed, Dien Nam Trung ward mobilizes people to change production forms, promote production in full area; actively apply science and technology in production; establish and promote the effective operation of cooperative economic groups to create high-value products, contributing to increasing income for people.

At the same time, promote livestock development in accordance with urban planning, ensure environmental sanitation, and gradually reduce large livestock farming in residential areas. The value of the agricultural sector by the end of 2023 in the ward reached 20.17 billion VND, an increase of 11.68% compared to 2022. By the end of 2023, Dien Nam Trung ward had only 20 poor households, accounting for 0.73% and 23 near-poor households, accounting for 0.85%.
