Adjusting the implementation progress of a coastal project in Dien Duong ward until the end of 2026

At the request of the Department of Planning and Investment, the opinions of the People's Committee of Dien Ban town and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the implementation progress of this project to December 2026 to complete and put the entire project into operation.

According to the official dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vinacapital Hoi An - Shantira Beach Resort and Spa project is a large-scale investment project, completed and put into operation, using most of the project area. The adjustment of the progress is to provide the investor with a basis to continue investing in completing the entire project, promoting investment efficiency, not wasting land resources, contributing to promoting socio -economic development in the province.
