Recently, a report by AndroidAuthority revealed that Samsung is researching a car accident detection feature similar to what Apple's iPhone and Google Pixel offer. This feature will most likely be deployed on the Galaxy S25 series.
The leak also confirms the presence of a new sensor in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model, although Samsung has not yet activated this feature. Although there is no specific information, the leaked file shows that this function works through sensor fusion, taking data from multiple physical sensors to help detect car accidents.
Previously, Samsung seemed to have included this feature in the Galaxy S24 series and Galaxy Z Fold5 but there was no user interface or operational function related to it. So, if the information is correct, users are quite excited about Samsung's upcoming product.
Additionally, the S25 Series is also rumored to get free access to Google's Gemini Advanced.
Gemini Advanced is known to be the paid version of Google's AI, and users will have to pay $19.99 per month (but will get 2TB of Google Drive storage). However, Samsung will include Gemini Advanced when you buy the Galaxy S25.
Specifically: Galaxy S25 buyers can get three months of free access to Gemini Advanced, Galaxy S25+ buyers get six months of access, and S25 Ultra buyers get a year of free access.
The Galaxy S25 series will include 3 products: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra. All 3 phones will come pre-installed with One UI 7 user interface running Android 15 operating system and receive 7 major Android operating system updates.
Previous information shows: S25 is the most compact version of the trio with a 6.2-inch screen and light weight, providing a comfortable feeling; S25 Plus is designed larger with a 6.7-inch screen.
Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus are expected to be equipped with a 3-camera system on the back including: 50MP sensor, 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 10MP telephoto camera supporting 3X optical zoom. The front camera has a resolution of 12MP.
All three phones are expected to use the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, with 12GB/256GB of Ram. The higher-end variants of the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra can bring 16GB of Ram to users.
