In May, EZVIZ introduced its latest product - the RS2 floor cleaning robot in Vietnam. This is the first smart cleaning robot product from EZVIZ, aiming to strengthen its competitive advantage and reposition EZVIZ as a smart home brand that focuses on users and takes technological innovation as the foundation for development.
RS2 has many outstanding features
Combining many outstanding features, RS2 is capable of deep cleaning floors and various types of carpets. Users will no longer spend too much time and effort on stubborn stains on the floor or long-lasting stains on the carpet. To bring a premium hands-free experience, RS2 is equipped with many automatic technologies, helping the device actively clean, detect obstacles, self-clean, self-dry, and also self-fill the water tank.
With the help of the universal charging dock, RS2 automatically attaches and controls the mop when needed, and can automatically detach the mop to serve the function of vacuuming carpeted areas. After each task, RS2 will return to the charging dock, automatically wash and dry the mop, untangle the brush, actively refill the water tank and charge the battery. Users will not have to flip the robot body to change the mop or spend time untangling the mop and brush.
Simple and smart are the two highlights when mentioning RS2. Users can set RS2 to perform a single task, or can set the device to “vacuum first, then mop” without interruption. RS2 easily detects carpeted areas to determine the operation, avoiding pressing a wet cloth on the carpet. Instead, RS2 will complete cleaning the system, then remove the cloth and apply Suction Boost mode - a special vacuuming mode for carpets.
Integrating a 3D laser and high-resolution camera, the RS2 can map the layout of various indoor spaces, automatically creating cleaning routes for different floors and avoiding common obstacles.
Typical smart cleaning features of RS2 include: Large water tank, combined with large capacity rechargeable battery, supporting cleaning up to 300 m2; Remote control and customization via EZVIZ App; One-touch device control; Voice command with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
As a multi-function device, RS2 inherits imaging technologies from EZVIZ such as 3K resolution camera, supports detecting people and pets, helps "patrol" the house and notify the owner of events detected on the journey.
EZVIZ continues to perfect the smart home ecosystem
First launched in Vietnam, but RS2 was introduced earlier at IFA 2022, marking EZVIZ's potential start in the field of smart cleaning robots. As a well-known security camera brand in Vietnam and globally, EZVIZ does not stop at home security but continues to develop product lines and perfect the smart home ecosystem.
In 2022, EZVIZ also launched the RH1 smart mop with 3-in-1 features such as vacuuming - mopping - sweeping, resonating with a completely wireless design. RS2 represents the robot vacuum cleaner line, the next product line of the brand. It is expected that EZVIZ will soon add the RE5 and RE5 robot vacuum cleaners in the mid-range cleaning device line, or the RC3 and RC3 Plus robots with more affordable prices to serve a variety of user groups.
