On February 11, the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel. Comrade Pham Thi To Hai, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Van Nien presented the decision to comrade Pham Thi To Hai.Accordingly, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Huynh Quang Thai announced the Provincial Party Committee's Decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee from February 14, 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee regulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to conduct inspections, inventories, reviews, and assessments of the work, records, documents, assets, and finances of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and handle and resolve any existing problems or difficulties (if any); transfer all of them to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for continued management and implementation.
Next, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Provincial Party Committee's Decision to assign and appoint comrade Pham Thi To Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on personnel work, including: Decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Thai Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Decision to appoint comrade Vu Thi Thu, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Decision to appoint comrade Vo Hoang Binh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Decision to appoint comrade Pham Huy Toan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
