On the afternoon of November 1, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and the investment promotion delegation of Ha Nam province had a working session with the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly, South Korea. Welcoming and working with the delegation were Ms. Nam Kyung Soon - Vice Chairwoman of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly and members of the Assembly.

Along with that, Ha Nam has the world's largest Tam Chuc pagoda located in the Tam Chuc National Tourist Area complex, where the 2019 United Nations Vesak Festival took place with nearly 2,000 international visitors attending, including many high-ranking leaders from many countries around the world. In particular, on October 12, 2017, the Ha Nam-Gyeonggi Provincial Council signed and organized the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on establishing friendly relations.

On behalf of the leaders of Ha Nam province, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated and thanked the very effective activities of the Gyeonggi Provincial Parliamentary Assembly in the past time. Many cooperation and cultural exchange activities have been organized by the two provinces in 2018, 2019 and 2022.
