On the afternoon of February 1, the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) held a conference to give opinions and policies on a number of contents within its authority. Chairing the conference were comrades: Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Truong Quoc Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation. Attending the conference were comrades: members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and the Provincial People's Committee Office.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: In order to ensure the requirements of comprehensive and timely leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Conference focused on perfecting and supplementing the personnel work. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested the delegates to promote their sense of responsibility, closely follow and strictly comply with the regulations and guiding documents of the Central Committee, consider and vote to perfect and supplement the members of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term in accordance with regulations.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee listened to Comrade Dang Dinh Thoang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, present the Project to complete and add 5 members of the Provincial Party Committee and 2 members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. After listening to the project, the Provincial Party Committee members voted to elect 5 additional members of the Provincial Party Committee and 2 members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The conference took place according to the 5-step secret ballot process.
In the working program of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee gave the policy on adjusting the investment policy of the Urban Area Construction Investment Project of the Era and Innovation.
Concluding the conference, comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: Regarding personnel work, the Provincial Party Committee unanimously introduced 5 comrades to be added to the Provincial Party Committee, and 2 comrades to be added to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term with a high number of votes. The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to advise on completing the dossier procedures to report to the Central Organizing Committee and the Secretariat for consideration and decision, ensuring compliance with the prescribed procedures.
Regarding the policy of adjusting the investment policy of the Thoi Dai Urban Area and Innovation Project, the Provincial Party Committee agreed with the policy on the proposed content of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the investment policy of the Thoi Dai Urban Area and Innovation Project. The Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant agencies, units and localities to implement the above policy in accordance with regulations (especially regulations on bidding, land, investment, construction, etc.) to ensure compliance with relevant planning.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Preparing to celebrate the traditional New Year of the nation, he requested that the members of the Provincial Party Committee, in their positions, proactively carry out their assigned tasks well, thereby contributing to the joyful, warm, safe, healthy and economical New Year for everyone and every family.
