369 educational institutions started simultaneously

In the 2024-2025 school year with the theme "Innovation, quality improvement, solidarity and discipline", the Ha Nam education and training sector continues to maintain a stable educational scale with 369 educational institutions at all levels and fields of study; including 119 kindergartens, 116 primary schools, 111 secondary schools and 23 high schools.

The team of educational managers and teachers at all levels is gradually guaranteed in quantity, standardized in professional expertise, with high and above-standard qualifications, meeting the increasing requirements of innovation in education and training.

The education sector of Ha Nam province has set out 11 key tasks to improve the quality of education at all levels. Among them, actively advising on continuing to perfect institutions, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of education and training; reviewing and adjusting the implementation of school network planning.

Continue to reorganize the teaching staff, in conjunction with ensuring regulations on norms and policies on streamlining the payroll to ensure a streamlined apparatus and improve the quality of the staff; implement plans to train and foster teachers and educational managers.

Along with that, prepare school facilities and equipment in sync with the roadmap for innovation of general education programs; promote digital transformation throughout the industry; and effectively carry out emulation movements.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Duy Hai Secondary School, Duy Tien town, comrade Le Thi Thuy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, requested the entire education and training sector of Ha Nam, Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province to focus on completing a number of key tasks.

He proposed to continue implementing the Politburo's Conclusion on continuing to implement Resolution 29 (dated November 4, 2013) of the 11th Party Central Committee on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; 12 key tasks for the 2024-2025 school year set forth by the Ministry of Education and Training and the province's documents on education and training.

The Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also requested the team of managers, teachers, and staff in the education sector in general, and managers, teachers, and staff of Duy Hai Secondary School in particular, to continue to innovate the content and methods of teaching and management according to knowledge and skills standards, suitable for students; improve the quality of comprehensive education, key education; focus on personality education, lifestyle, legal knowledge, ethics; cultivate compassion, respect for teachers, love for friends, comprehensively develop both "intelligence" and "morality" for students, so that they can develop comprehensively.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his hope that parents would continue to pay more attention to their children's learning and training, regularly and closely contact the school, and effectively implement the movement "Discipline - Love - Responsibility".

The Provincial Party Secretary also expressed his love and expectations for the students, hoping that they would try their best to study, practice, and strive to become good children, good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho, and become good citizens, useful to society, contributing to building a rich, strong, and civilized homeland.
