The Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization has recently been creative and innovative in organizing thematic activities associated with the journey to the source, creating positive changes in quarterly thematic activities. Comrade Le Van Quoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization, said: Right from the beginning of the year, the Party Cell Executive Committee has developed a Plan to organize thematic activities for each quarter. Based on the annual plan, the Party Cell Secretary will discuss specifically the purpose, requirements, content and implementation methods of each quarter, and assign Party Cell Executive Committee members to prepare the introductory report. The draft of thematic activities is approved by the Party Cell Secretary and the Party Committee and sent to Party members for study before each meeting.

In the second quarter of 2024, the Party Cell of the Mass Mobilization Committee organized a thematic meeting on "Solutions to build and implement the model of "4 good Party Cell" at the Coal Mine Party Cell relic, Group 12, Minh Xuan Ward (Tuyen Quang City). Promoting collective intelligence, the Party Cell assigned Party members in the Party Cell to prepare presentations and propose feasible solutions to effectively implement the principles of organizing Party activities as well as the criteria for implementing the model of "4 good Party Cell".

As a result, the organization of thematic activities has become a routine, the content and organization have been carried out systematically and scientifically, party members have raised their sense of responsibility, are more enthusiastic and active in contributing ideas to build party cells and agencies. In particular, through trips to the source, it has helped cadres and party members to be more closely connected with reality and with the people at the grassroots level, multiplying pride in the historical and revolutionary traditions of the homeland.

In the first quarter of 2024, the Party cell of Trung Mon Primary School (Yen Son) organized a thematic meeting on "Improving the effectiveness of digital transformation in schools". Comrade Nghien Lan Thanh, Party cell secretary and Principal of the school, said: digital transformation in schools is not only the key task of the year, but also a new and difficult task. There are many tasks, requiring planning, setting goals, specifying specific tasks that need to be focused on, applying information technology to improve the quality of teaching and learning, striving to achieve the set goals.

After the seminar, all the digital transformation indicators have been realized by the school in practice. Up to now, 32/32 teachers directly teaching in the school have built 64 digital learning materials and uploaded them to the shared learning materials warehouse; the school has applied KHAN software to online teaching, 790/790 students in the school have accounts on KHAN software, helping to improve the quality of teaching and learning, especially in Math, the application scale indicator of students has been maintained. As a result, Trung Mon Primary School is the school with the largest number of participating students, maintaining the highest rate in Yen Son district in using KHAN software, the school has been invited by the software production company to attend the Workshop in Hanoi on applying digital transformation to teaching and learning.

Party members promote responsibility

The Quyet Thang residential group party cell, Son Duong town has 79 party members and nearly 90 party members of party cell 213. Implementing the project to build Son Duong district to meet new rural standards in the period of 2023 - 2025, in the third quarter of 2023, the party cell chose the content: building civilized urban streets as the content of the thematic activities.

Comrade Dang Thi Tuu, Party Cell Secretary and Head of the Residential Group, said: The topic has received high consensus and response from Party members, and many tasks have been resolutely implemented, such as propagating and mobilizing people to sign a commitment not to place umbrellas, signs, or set up makeshift tents to encroach on road traffic safety corridors.

Along with that, the Party cell has renovated and removed a spontaneous garbage collection point in a section of the inner-city road corridor, creating a flower garden. People have invested money to decorate the street with LED lights on holidays and Tet. Every month, the group maintains 2 collective labor sessions to plant and take care of the flower garden and clean up the community living area around the cultural house and the embankment along the Pho Day River. Up to now, the street with a total length of nearly 1 km has basically ensured clear roads, airy sidewalks, clean, green, bright streets, no stagnant water or garbage, and high consensus among Party members.

Cang Noc village, Hoa Phu commune (Chiem Hoa) has 9 self-management groups, including 3 self-management groups on environmental sanitation; 4 self-management groups on operating and managing the street lighting system; 1 self-management group on hanging the national flag on holidays and Tet; 01 self-management group on security and order. However, in the past, due to the lack of full responsibility, the quality of activities of the self-management groups was not high. Mr. Dang Van Dung, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Village's Front Work Committee, said: In the second quarter of 2024, the Party Cell organized a thematic meeting on "Supplementing and adjusting the Operating Regulations; rearranging and reassigning tasks of self-management groups". Accordingly, the Party Cell focused on promoting the role of cadres and party members as the core force, making a list of detailed and specific tasks for each self-management group.

As a result, the strength of cadres, party members and people has been mobilized to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing human and financial resources to build welfare works such as roads, canal systems, street lights, flower streets, building strong families and residential communities, contributing with the Party Committee and government to well perform the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring political security and social order and safety in the locality.

With the positive solutions that have been implemented, the organization of thematic activities of branches and party committees is increasingly becoming routine, the content of regular activities is being innovated in a practical, focused and key direction. According to comrade Pham Kien Cuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, in the coming time, to continue improving the quality of thematic activities, district party committees and subordinate party committees need to direct grassroots party committees to raise awareness of party committees and party cell secretaries; and sense of responsibility of cadres and party members regarding thematic activities.

Select the content of the meeting that is appropriate to the functions and tasks of the agency, unit and the time of the meeting. Party committees at all levels need to focus on selecting qualified party members who understand the content to assign them to prepare the topics carefully and thoroughly. Along with that, it is necessary to maintain the regular meeting schedule according to regulations, after each meeting, it is necessary to draw experience from the organization of the meeting; strengthen inspection, supervision and evaluation of grassroots Party committees in organizing thematic meetings.
