In addition, Mr. Tran Kim Luyen - one of the citizens who bought land in the 7B Urban Area project, requested the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to supervise the settlement of citizens' petitions on investment in the traffic route from the road connecting DT.603A and DT.607 to the Bach Dat project.
After listening to the opinions of relevant agencies, concluding the meeting, National Assembly Deputy Vuong Quoc Thang said that in recent times, Quang Nam province has tried and made efforts to resolve the petitions and wishes of the people. The resolution has had many results and progress, however, some contents must follow the prescribed procedures, so he hopes that citizens will continue to share and coordinate with localities and businesses in implementation.
Regarding the citizen's petition to clarify the money flow that Gaia Real Estate Investment Company Limited collected from customers, National Assembly Deputy Vuong Quoc Thang requested the representative of the Provincial Police to advise and report to the unit's leaders to respond to citizens according to their authority and prescribed functions.
The province's specialized agencies need to continue to advise on solutions to ensure the rights and expectations of citizens regarding the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates. In particular, the Provincial People's Court urges and coordinates to support Dien Ban in carrying out litigation activities to ensure citizens' rights.
Regarding the content of Mr. Tran Kim Luyen's petition, National Assembly Deputy Vuong Quoc Thang said that on November 29, 2024, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province issued document No. 9291 in response. National Assembly Deputy Vuong Quoc Thang assigned the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council to advise the National Assembly Delegation to survey and meet with people to grasp their thoughts and aspirations; thereby considering the implementation of the responsibility of supervision according to citizens' petitions at an appropriate time.
