Ho Chi Minh City delegation visited and presented gifts to the Provincial Nursing Center for Meritorious People

On July 24, the delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Comrade Huynh Thanh Nhan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council visited and presented gifts at the Provincial Nursing Center for Meritorious People on the occasion of the 77th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 * July 27, 2024).

At the Center, comrade Huynh Thanh Nhan, on behalf of the delegation, expressed gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the wounded and sick soldiers, encouraged them to take care of their health, be assured of treatment, and always be a shining example for their children and grandchildren as well as the younger generation to learn and follow. He encouraged and shared the difficulties with the staff of the Phu Tho Province Nursing Center for Meritorious People who have always been dedicated, responsible, wholeheartedly caring for, treating and nurturing the wounded and sick soldiers at the Center.

On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to the Center along with 30 gifts and artifacts for wounded and sick soldiers, with a total value of 92 million VND. The gifts are the deep gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City for the blood sacrifices of wounded and sick soldiers for the peace , independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
