For physical education, candidates must have a total score of 3 subjects in the combination plus priority points (if any) from the floor score or higher; in which the sports aptitude subject must achieve 5 points or higher and the total score of 2 high school graduation exam subjects plus (priority points) multiplied by 2/3, must achieve 12 points or higher.

According to Can Tho University, in the 2024 school year, the school plans to enroll more than 10,000 students in all majors. For the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores, the school enrolls students in all majors, with a minimum enrollment quota of 50% of the total enrollment quota of the major.
