As Thanh Nien reported, at the end of December 2023, the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee officially approved the Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project at Dong Nai Cultural Nature Reserve with an investment capital of 991 billion VND. However, the budget capital is only 20 billion VND, the rest is calling for investment.

According to the project, there are 51 tourist spots planned in Dong Nai Cultural Nature Reserve to organize eco-tourism, resort, entertainment and service activities.

The tourism project includes a semi-wild animal breeding area (Safari, 412 hectares wide), a 240-hectare wildlife rescue and conservation center, a 326-hectare luxury resort complex and tourist attractions along Tri An Lake.
Dong Nai Cultural Nature Reserve is over 100,000 hectares wide, including 68,000 hectares of strictly protected natural forest and Tri An Lake with a total water surface area of over 32,500 hectares, the rest is planted forest area.
Many eco-tourism spots are planned along Tri An Lake. In the photo is the Tri An Hydropower Plant area, which attracts a lot of tourists on weekends.

In recent years, ecotourism in Dong Nai Cultural Nature Reserve has developed strongly, especially camping services along Tri An Lake, but most of them are spontaneous and involve illegal construction on agricultural land.
