"Just found a new little friend back home, Billy the goat. But unfortunately I can't keep him. We've had enough "GOAT" at Inter Miami", David Beckham wrote on his Instagram account recently, along with the latest photo of himself in a strange appearance with a baby goat. GOAT is also David Beckham's way of referring to Messi.
David Beckham in his latest look
Just 2 days before, David Beckham looked youthful next to his colleague Thierry Henry.
GOAT in English means goat, but is also a long-standing acronym for "greatest of all time", often referring to Messi.
"Congratulations my friend. You won the World Cup with your country and brought the Golden Ball to our club, Inter Miami. A very special moment for you, your family and for us. Thank you Messi. GOAT", David Beckham added a message to honor Messi, on the day the Argentine player presented his 8th Golden Ball to Inter Miami and American fans on November 11.
David Beckham recently appeared in public with former French player Thierry Henry to watch the match between AC Milan and PSG in the 4th round of the Champions League group stage on November 8 at San Siro Stadium (Italy). But in the latest photo, the former English player no longer has his signature hair, which has raised many questions for fans.
“Where is David Beckham’s hair?” one fan wrote. “He looks thinner than before, probably spending too much time taking care of the GOAT (Messi),” another fan commented on David Beckham’s new look.

According to The Sun (UK): "David Beckham has returned to England to rest, after Inter Miami Club ended the 2023 season early. The former player will return to the US in early 2024, with many plans to significantly strengthen Inter Miami and Messi to compete for championships in the MLS."
Meanwhile, Messi was the earliest player to join the Argentina national team on November 12, preparing to play two key matches in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in South America against Uruguay on November 17 and Brazil on November 22 (Vietnam time).
Messi was also voted Inter Miami's Player of the Season, helping the team, chaired and co-owned by David Beckham, win the club's first title in history - the 2023 Leagues Cup.
