According to Dan Viet reporters, 13/25 plots of land have found owners and are being sold at a difference of 100 million VND to 1 billion VND/plot.
The lowest winning price is 45.3 million VND/m2 for the land lot with symbol 112 (a corner lot, close to a residential house, with an area of 157.1 m2), equivalent to a total winning price of more than 7.1 billion VND. This is a corner lot, the winning price is low, so Mr. Luong (Phu Tho), who claims to have won this lot, is selling it for a difference of up to 1 billion VND.
At the same location, the land lot with symbol 113 with the winning price of 50.3 million VND/m2 is currently being sold for a difference of 800 million VND.
In addition, other lots with winning prices from 60.3 million VND/m2 or more are being advertised at a difference of 100 - 200 million VND/lot.

Not only right outside the land auction hall, but the brokerage booths at the location of these plots of land are also extremely "hot".
Like Ms. Hai, a real estate broker in Thanh Oai district, when the auction had not ended, she enthusiastically offered hot plots of land with a price difference of "only" 700 million VND.
Up to now, although the land auction has not been concluded, the brokers and land agents have joined hands to celebrate. The simple reason is that the lower the winning bid, the higher the difference, the more profit.
Some people even joke: "You can earn hundreds of millions in 3 steps."
Updated at 5:00 p.m., the Thanh Oai land auction is in its 10th round, the lowest winning price is 45.3 million VND/m2 and the highest winning price is 80.3 million VND/m2.
