General Secretary and President To Lam presented the decision to promote to the rank of General to Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security.
On October 20, 2024, at the Presidential Palace, General Secretary, President To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Chairman of the National Defense and Security Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces presented the Decision to promote the rank of General to Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security.
