Six topics were discussed, including: Identifying library activities that need additional implementation guidance documents; Advantages and difficulties in implementing the grassroots library model and proposing solutions; What should the library do to make people and the community aware of the library's activities, products and services; Solutions for building effective reading promotion programs; Solutions for building a shared digital platform, linking and sharing data in library activities; Proposing library services to effectively serve readers.
