Flower Festival Logo and Identity Design Contest

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DOCST) of Dong Thap has just issued a Plan to organize the Logo Design Contest and Identity Set for the Sa Dec Flower and Ornamental Festival and the Dong Thap Lotus Festival.

The theme is: Through the artistic image, the symbol of Flowers - Ornamental plants and Lotus flowers has a general scope of typical values, historical and cultural traditions of the Festival and people of Dong Thap, reflecting the economic, tourism and cultural values ​​of the Flower - Ornamental Plant Festival, Lotus Festival into the common achievements of socio-economic development of the Province.

The contest aims to select the logo and identity of the Flower - Ornamental Festival, Lotus Festival to be used in cultural and tourism activities, propaganda activities, introducing and promoting the image of the Lotus Festival, Flower - Ornamental Festival to domestic and foreign tourists and serving the political and social tasks of the Province.

The contestants are professional and non-professional artists inside and outside the province, civil servants, public employees, workers in the cultural sector, individuals or groups inside and outside the province. At the same time, organizations, individuals, teachers, students, trainees, and students majoring in logo design, graphics, fine arts, architecture, advertising, etc. are encouraged to participate in the contest.

Time for receiving entries: From the date of issuance of the Plan and Regulations for organizing the Logo Design Contest and Identity Set for the Flower - Ornamental Festival, Lotus Festival until August 20, 2024. Place for receiving entries: Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center (No. 086, National Highway 30, An Binh Commune, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province).
