At Gem Center, Coway Vina held a press conference "Starting the journey of purity" to announce a new strategy with the goal of bringing a difference in the experience of professional water purifier care services for consumers in the Vietnamese market.

At the same time, the event also launched Coway Vina's new brand ambassador, Tran Dinh Thach Thao - Runner-up, Top 10 Miss World Vietnam 2019. This is considered an important milestone in the journey of building a strong relationship between the brand and consumers to move towards a healthier and cleaner life.

On this occasion, Coway Vina emphasized the brand's dedication and responsibility to customers, the community and the surrounding environment. Taking advantage of Coway Vina's unique "touchpoint" of exclusive Heart Service and Cody (Coway Lady) team, the new strategy continues to bring highly anticipated experiences. Specifically, the care and maintenance process of water purifiers and air purifiers is improved when Coway Vina applies Hi-care 2.0 sterilization technology to sterilize water purifiers... helping to ensure absolute safety for users' health. In addition, the periodic maintenance service is shortened to 2 months/time (compared to 3 months/time before) to optimize the filtering capacity and lifespan of the machine.
In addition, Coway Vina's new strategy also prioritizes the community and the environment with volunteer projects spread across the country. The program of sponsoring water purifiers for Muong Lat people, the "My beloved school" project series in collaboration with domestic volunteer organizations to improve the quality of the school environment and other environmental activities, etc. are increasingly focused on and promoted.
