Tuyen Quang Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on dissolving the District and City Police.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Pham Kim Dinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department chaired the ceremony. Also attending the conference were comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of a department, branch, and sector of the province and districts and cities.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Police announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on dissolving 7 district-level police stations and 56 professional teams under the district-level police stations. At the same time, the Provincial Police Director announced the decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, 848 leaders, commanders, officers, soldiers, and contract workers at the district-level police were mobilized, arranged, and assigned. Of these, 40 department-level leaders were assigned to serve the work of reorganizing the apparatus according to the new model and announced the decision to retire for 14 leaders, commanders, and officers of the units according to regulations.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Son acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, efforts, initiative and especially the urgency of the Provincial Police in directing, organizing and implementing quickly and promptly completing the basic requirements to arrange and streamline the apparatus and personnel work in the past time.

He suggested that the Provincial Police, agencies and units continue to proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee to develop programs and plans to disseminate and organize the implementation of Conclusion No. 124-KL/TW dated February 10, 2025 of the Politburo on continuing to arrange and streamline the organization of the local police apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period, in accordance with practical conditions; do a good job of ideological work, pay attention to fully and promptly implementing policies for officers and soldiers in the police force.

Director of the Provincial Police Department Pham Kim Dinh presented the decision to transfer leaders and commanders at the department level and district level police to serve the work of arranging the new apparatus after the dissolution of the district level police.

He believes that all officers and soldiers in the Tuyen Quang Police force, especially those who have just been mobilized, arranged, and assigned new tasks, will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, strive to overcome all difficulties, quickly stabilize to achieve the highest results in the assigned tasks and work.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Colonel Pham Kim Dinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested that in the coming time, local authorities continue to create favorable conditions and take the initiative in leading and directing the communal police force to perform well the task of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level in the new period.
