Tay Ninh Police deploy plan to reorganize, streamline apparatus and arrange staff

At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Trai, Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized that the arrangement and streamlining of the local police apparatus is a revolution, carried out under the direction of the Party Central Committee, with a very urgent implementation time, requiring an urgent working spirit.

To effectively implement Project No. 25 of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the directive documents of the Party Committee and the Provincial Public Security Director on the arrangement and assignment of district-level Public Security officers, the Provincial Public Security Director requested leaders, commanders, officers and soldiers to uphold their sense of responsibility, volunteer to work at commune-level Public Security units, and ensure the minimum staffing and assignment of officers and soldiers according to the direction of the Ministry of Public Security.

Thereby, affirming the consistent spirit of the entire provincial police force in carrying out the especially important political tasks that the Party and State trust and assign to the People's Police force in the "revolution" of streamlining the apparatus, contributing to streamlining the police apparatus at all levels, operating effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks of protecting security and order in the new era of development of the country.

Colonel Nguyen Van Trai emphasized that it is necessary to do a good job of ideological work for the officers in the unit, especially those who are directly affected by the project. The district-level police must proactively review and compile records, documents, equipment, and vehicles for transfer when implementing the new model in accordance with the instructions; promptly organize the assessment and comments of officers, especially leaders and commanders, to serve the arrangement of new positions when the district-level police's activities end.

The Director of the Provincial Police Department assigned the functional units to proactively study, coordinate, and advise the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Director of the Provincial Police Department to implement the instructions of the Government and the Ministry of Public Security on adjusting the functions, tasks, powers, assignment, and decentralization of professional fields of the Police when there is no district-level Police; ensuring direct, continuous, and consistent leadership and command from the province to the commune level, without interruption, without affecting the administrative work serving the activities of organizations and individuals, as well as the work of ensuring security and order in the area.
