An Giang police used special vehicles to take the victim to the emergency room.

Specifically, at around 8:30 p.m. on March 9, a working group of My Khanh Commune Police, Long Xuyen City (An Giang) organized a patrol to ensure security and order at night in the commune.

When arriving at Vo Van Hoai Street, in Binh Hoa 2 Hamlet, the working group received a report from the people about a woman who had an accident and dislocated her shoulder and needed help.

Thanks to being taken to the hospital in time, Ms. Phuong's health has stabilized.

Realizing that at this time, it was difficult to contact a vehicle to take the victim to the hospital, the task force immediately used a special car to transport the woman and her family to An Giang Central General Hospital for timely emergency care.

It is known that the victim's name is Vo Thi Thuy Phuong (34 years old, residing in Group 9, Binh Hoa 2 Hamlet, My Khanh Commune, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province). After taking Ms. Phuong to the hospital for emergency treatment, the working group returned to continue patrolling and controlling as planned.

Currently, Ms. Phuong's health condition is stable.
