Is it difficult for girls studying Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Engineering to find a job?

I am female, I really like technical fields like Mechanics and Automobiles but I am afraid there are few jobs.

I heard that engineering majors rarely recruit women, due to the nature of the work being hard and demanding on health. So even though I really like Co Khi and Automotive Engineering, I am still wondering about my direction.

I hope everyone can advise me about the current job market. Will I have a chance to find a good job if I study?
