Transferring 11 grassroots party organizations and 356 party members to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

(TN&MT) - 11 grassroots party organizations with 356 party members from the Grassroots Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will be transferred to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

On the afternoon of December 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment coordinated with the Party Committee of the Grassroots Bloc of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to hold a ceremony to announce the Decision to receive 11 grassroots party organizations with 356 party members from the Party Committee of the Grassroots Bloc of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to be directly under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Attending the reception ceremony were Comrade Le Cong Thanh - Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

Representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organizing Committee include Comrade Huynh Cach Mang - Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organizing Committee; Comrade Doan Hong Nha, Deputy Head of the Party Organization Department, Party member - Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organizing Committee.

Representing the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's Grassroots Bloc is comrade Mai Tien Dung - Deputy Secretary in charge of operating the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Also attending the ceremony were leaders of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, party committees and grassroots party cells in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Speaking at the handover, comrade Mai Tien Dung - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee of the Bloc said, Implementing Decision No. 2333-QD/TU dated November 11, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and Decision No. 1855-QD/DUK dated November 25, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc on transferring and receiving 11 party organizations with 356 party members from under the Party Committee of the Grassroots Bloc of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Accordingly, 11 Party organizations include: Party Committee of the Southern Hydrometeorological Station; Party Committee of the Southern Federation of Seawater Resources Planning and Investigation; Party Committee of the Southern Geological Mapping Federation; Party Cell of the Southern Mineral Department; Party Cell of the Southern Institute of Hydrometeorology and Climate Change; Party Cell of the Southern Institute of Surveying and Mapping; Party Cell of the Southern Institute of Geological Sciences and Minerals; Party Cell of the Southern Remote Sensing Center; Party Cell of the Southern Center for Land Investigation, Planning and Valuation; Party Cell of the Environmental Consulting and Engineering Center; and Party Cell of the Southern Working Office.

Representatives of Party organizations signed the handover minutes between the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Grassroots Block of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

This is the third transfer and also the largest transfer with almost all party organizations under the Party Committee of the Bloc to operate together with the Party Committee of the Ministry.

The transfer of party organizations this time is of great significance in continuing to innovate and reorganize the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 6th Conference of the 12th Central Executive Committee.

Ensure unity and synchronization between party organizations, government, political organizations, streamline party organization focal points under the City Party Committee of some types of grassroots party organizations of the Central Ministries and branches located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Deputy Minister Le Cong Thanh presented flowers to former members of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, members of the Party Inspection Committee of the Bloc, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of grassroots Party cells under the Bloc.

Speaking at the reception, Comrade Le Cong Thanh - Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment said that the reception of local grassroots party organizations to operate within the organizational system of the Party Committee of the Ministry aims to unify the party organization with the government organization in the entire Ministry. Thereby helping to ensure comprehensive, unified, timely and effective leadership in the entire Party Committee of the Ministry, carrying out political tasks in the spirit of the Resolution of the 6th Central Conference, the 10th Central Executive Committee on "improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of cadres and party members", well meeting the requirements of state management of Natural Resources and Environment.

Comrade Le Cong Thanh suggested that newly accepted party organizations operating under the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment maintain close relationships with the Party Committee of the Ministry's grassroots bloc and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. The organizations need to promote their role as political cores, step up political and ideological education for cadres and party members. At the same time, focus on organization, inspection, supervision, and improve the quality of party activities.

The goal is to build a clean and strong Party organization and successfully complete assigned tasks. In addition, it is necessary to successfully carry out the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term. He also emphasized the importance of contributing to the overall development of the Party Committee of the Bloc, the City and the Natural Resources and Environment Sector.
