On the morning of February 17, the Political Department of Military Region 2 coordinated with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee to hold a working session on preparations for the meeting with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and press agencies of 9 provinces of Military Region 2. Colonel Dao Ngoc Phuong, Deputy Chief of Political Department of Military Region 2 and comrade Ngo Duy Dong, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee co-chaired the conference.

The meeting program with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the 9 Provincial Party Committees and press agencies in the Military Region 2 is scheduled to take place on February 25 and 26. Delegates attending the program will visit some famous scenic spots of Vinh Phuc in Tam Dao district; summarize the propaganda coordination work between the Political Department of Military Region 2 and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the 9 Provincial Party Committees in the area; visit the press and cultural exhibition booths; launch a literary and artistic composition contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 2. Up to this point, the preparation work of Vinh Phuc province, the host locality, has basically been completed.
The leader of the Political Department of Military Region 2 requested that agencies and units review all work contents to coordinate closely and smoothly, and perform well all assigned tasks; press agencies should step up propaganda work on the purpose and significance of the meeting, thereby leaving a good impression of Vinh Phuc land and people in the hearts of delegates attending the meeting.
