The project of mixed-use urban area, high-end entertainment in the Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang City (Royal Mansion) is invested by a consortium of Tuta Group Joint Stock Company, Tuan Mai Trading Joint Stock Company and Golden Turtle Trading Joint Stock Company. The project is implemented in Tan Tien Ward, Bac Giang City with an area of ​​about 9.4 hectares, the project is invested in the construction of a new, synchronous mixed-use urban area, high-end entertainment. Up to now, the project has completed the rough construction and exterior finishing for low-rise houses (shophouses). It is expected that by the end of July 2027, the investment in the construction of 4 29-storey apartment buildings on the high-rise commercial apartment land lot will be completed.
