Here, after listening to the leaders of the Provincial Military Command, Khanh Vinh District People's Committee and related departments and branches report on the land requisition of organizations and individuals to expand the training ground, build a simulated combat base to serve the exercise; at the same time, through the actual inspection of the construction items that have been and are being built in the simulated combat base area, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the smooth coordination and efforts of the forces, departments and localities to overcome difficulties, well implement the preparation work for the exercise, especially the officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces directly building the simulated combat base area.

According to the leaders of the Provincial Military Command, despite many difficulties in weather, conditions for performing tasks in mountainous areas, and the large volume and intensity of work, officers and soldiers have overcome difficulties and carried out good preparations at the training ground, especially digging and building hundreds of targets in the simulated combat base. Up to now, 80% of the work in the area where live-fire exercises will be held during the exercise has been completed; it is expected to be 100% completed by the end of July.
