The architectural design bears the image of water coconut leaves - a typical image of the South. The project is expected to be one of the new symbols of Ho Chi Minh City, serving the people and tourists when they come to visit, travel and work.
Along with that, Thu Thiem 4 Bridge and Can Gio Bridge are also expected to start construction on April 30, 2025.
The construction of Thu Thiem 4 Bridge aims to connect Thu Thiem New Urban Area and the South City New Urban Area. This is to solve traffic congestion and reduce traffic accidents at Cat Lai ferry.
