VinaLiving was established in 2010, is a real estate development brand of VinaCapital, with the motto of development from difference. Mr. Hieu shared that in 2024, VinaLiving reached the milestone of handing over nearly 2,000 high-end real estate products to customers in the "niche segment". In particular, 2024 is a year of "reversal" for VinaLiving. In the context of the real estate market with both bright and dark aspects, with the efforts of the whole team, VinaLiving has achieved many remarkable results, such as completing and putting into operation The Ocean Resort by Fusion in the Central region, and achieving important implementation milestones for upcoming projects.

Looking back on the development journey, Mr. Hieu said that implementing the strategy of expanding business in provinces and cities, VinaLiving has pioneered in building and developing many residential and resort projects with its own style and won many prestigious international awards.

More than a decade ago, VinaLiving pioneered the exploration of the Da Nang market. In Quy Nhon, the project that VinaLiving plans to deploy has a scale of 236 hectares, stretching along 2.7 km of beautiful pristine coastline of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
