General Kadyrov said 3,000 Chechen soldiers from new Russian units were ready to go to the area of fighting between Russian forces and Ukraine.
"We will spare no effort or resources to solve the tasks set by President Vladimir Putin," leader of Russia's Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov said on November 27.
"Another 3,000 Chechen servicemen are joining this effort. They are people who have served in new units of the Russian Defense Ministry and the National Guard," Mr Kadyrov said, adding that these servicemen were "ready to go to the war zone" between Russia and Ukraine.

Kadyrov asserted that these soldiers all have experience in battles between Russian forces and Ukraine, have undergone training with the best instructors of Russian special forces, are equipped with modern weapons and the best equipment, as well as "have high fighting spirit and great motivation to achieve results".
More than 26,000 Chechen soldiers have been deployed to Ukraine since fighting broke out in February 2022, including 12,000 volunteers.
Chechen units under Mr Kadyrov have participated in many Russian operations in Ukraine, including attacks on Kiev, Mariupol and Bakhmut.
Chechnya's Akhmat special forces recently received and trained several former members of the Wagner private military corporation. Kadyrov expressed hope that Wagner veterans "will fully live up to their reputation in the upcoming battles".
