MIX Coffee

In the past, when talking about coffee, we simply thought of roasted and ground coffee powder, filtered. A cup of black, rich, smooth coffee, can be consumed directly or mixed with sugar, condensed milk depending on taste. Later, there were 2in1, 3in1 instant coffees... users also happily accepted them because of their convenience.

In the past decade, there has been a sudden trend of mixing agricultural products into traditional coffee. Many coffee businesses have tried to find new directions in the industry by combining many other agricultural products into a cup of coffee. So consumers have had the opportunity to learn more about instant coffee with coconut, taro, noni, durian, banana, mint, mango, and coconut flavors...

In addition, there is also cordyceps coffee, lingzhi mushroom coffee or even collagen coffee for the other half of the world who loves the taste of coffee but at the same time wants to stay in shape, diet, and prevent aging. This trend has also sparked many controversies in the industry. In the style of, let's let coffee return to being "coffee"! Mixing it with fruit, with other flavors, "what kind of decency is that"?

As for this, I dare not discuss too much, I appreciate the efforts of businesses to "renew coffee taste", then time and the market will give the most accurate answer. Because, thanks to working for a long time in this industry, I know that there are businesses that only specialize in Coconut Cappuccino but pack them in containers, export to China, Korea, Japan... consume very strongly, quite popular in foreign markets, even before the Vietnamese people know their brand!

My friends and I often jokingly call these new products "MIX coffee" and laugh happily every time we unexpectedly discover a new flavor that people have just added to the familiar coffee dish!
