On April 22, the Hue City Department of Tourism announced that it had just announced the hotline number 0234.3828288 to receive and promptly handle complaints about price gouging and service quality from tourists coming to Hue to celebrate the April 30 holiday.

Accordingly, during your stay and visit in Hue during this holiday, if you are unfortunate enough to encounter price gouging, solicitation, or any issues related to service quality or tourism environment, you can immediately call the above phone number to be received, supported and promptly handled by the relevant authorities.

The leader of Hue City's Department of Tourism said that on the occasion of April 30 and May 1 this year, Hue expects to welcome about 150,000 visitors thanks to a series of unique cultural, culinary and resort tourism activities.

This is one of the highlights of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 and the Four Seasons Festival taking place in the ancient capital.
