The political art program “North-South Promise” is a place where memories cannot fade, where promises will forever echo. That is the promise of national unity; the promise with the rear; the promise at the frontline and the international promise...
The program is a journey back to history, to the promises that were written with the blood, tears and loyalty of millions of Vietnamese people. The program recreates those promises through the language of political and artistic discourse, combining historical documents, thematic reports, animation, music and modern performance technology.
The program is an opportunity to pay tribute to the contributions of many generations who have fallen for the independence of the nation, to remind us of these promises, to affirm the steadfastness and courage of the entire Vietnamese people determined to realize the oath of the country. We need to be more determined, to make more efforts, to keep the country together, the North and the South united as one, to step firmly into the era of national growth - that is the promise for the future.
With elaborate investment, the political art program "North-South Promise" brings a large-scale, magnificent live stage, up to 2,700m2 , divided into 2 alternating blocks representing the North - South, in the middle is the Hien Luong bridge across the Ben Hai river. The stage floor reaches a height of 5m. The highest point of the stage reaches 19m. To install the stage, 17,000 layer blocks were used. This is the largest political stage ever.

The highlight of the program is the 3D mapping projection technology projected onto the water screen, something that has never appeared in any program before. This is a unique and bold idea of the General Director, Colonel Pham Van Tu, Director of the Military Radio and Television Center.
Although it is an outdoor program, in a large space, the sound in the program has used Soundscape surround sound, image calls, creating a lifelike feeling.
Combined with laser light, the program recreates beautiful, majestic images such as historical battles, troops marching across the river, the legendary Truong Son road, tanks speeding into the Independence Palace, boats cutting through the waves on the historic Ben Hai river, the joyful scene of the day of national reunification...
The audience witnessed images of tanks, rowboats, Zin cars carrying troops, and the image of the gate of peace opening to the future - all creating a vivid picture of the nation's 50-year journey.
A historical symbol comes alive on a grand stage, with the appearance of two tanks.

The program gathered a large number of artists, up to 800 people. Among them were many famous artists such as Colonel, People's Artist Tu Long, Director of the Army Cheo Theater; the group "Anh trai vu ngan cong gai"; Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung - Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Pham Phuong Thao; Do To Hoa, Sao Mai group (Hoang Hong Ngoc, Thu An, Thu Hang, Quach Mai Thy), Oplus group, Besinger group, Soul House...

The program is also an opportunity to announce a new composition by musician Pham Hong Bien dedicated to the program, a lyrical, emotional work, with the same name "North-South Promise".
In particular, the audience was delighted to enjoy a 15-minute fireworks display.
