On the morning of May 14, speaking with VietNamNet, Vice Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee Pham Tien Hung said that the locality has just sent a document to 21 communes and wards in the area to review, supplement, and provide information and documents on all projects on planting, caring for trees and urban beautification from 2019 to 2023 using state budget capital, including projects not related to Cong Minh Green Tree Company Limited (Cong Minh Company).

The document clearly states that the units must provide a list of participating contractors, construction contractors, project approval decisions, construction contracts and project settlement documents, etc. for the city to synthesize and report to the Department of Planning and Investment of Dak Lak province.

Regarding the provision of documents on green tree projects implemented by Cong Minh Green Tree Company Limited (Binh Phuoc), Mr. Vu Van Hung, Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee, confirmed that from 2019-2023, Cong Minh Company did not implement any projects related to green trees in the area and the locality has also sent a report to the superiors.

As reported by VietNamNet, on April 22, the Ministry of Public Security sent a document to the People's Committee of Dak Lak province with the content that, in order to serve the investigation of signs of law violations by Cong Minh Green Tree Company Limited (Binh Phuoc), the People's Committee of Dak Lak province requested to review and provide information and documents related to projects of planting, caring for trees, and urban beautification from 2019 to the end of 2023.

Specifically, the Ministry of Public Security requested Dak Lak province to provide all bidding documents for tree planting and care projects.

Dak Lak Province must also provide a list of units and individuals under the Provincial and District People's Committees involved in the implementation of projects from budget approval to payment and final settlement. In addition, there is a list of contractors participating, winning bids and executing the project.

In addition, the budget allocation for each unit/investor for each project; the use of this budget source is in accordance with regulations...

The Ministry of Public Security also requested Dak Lak province to provide project implementation records from bidding, acceptance, and final settlement; and project inspection and audit records (if any).

Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee immediately assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with units and localities to review records and documents to synthesize and send to the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Security Agency as requested.

The Ministry of Public Security has just sent a document requesting the People's Committee of Dak Lak province to provide documents on tree planting, tree care, and urban beautification projects in this locality from 2019 to present.
