Provincial Military Command and Provincial Border Guard Command: Opening of 2025 staff training course

On the morning of January 7, at Regiment 244 (Uong Bi City), the Provincial Military Command and the Border Guard Command of Quang Ninh Province held the opening ceremony of the 2025 cadre training course.

Attending and directing were: Colonel Le Trong Hoa, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Tran Van Thanh, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command.

During the 4 days (from January 7 to 10), the comrades who are commanders of agencies and units of the Military Command and the Border Guard Command of Quang Ninh province will study, discuss and agree on a number of Circulars of the Ministry of National Defense regulating disciplinary actions in the Vietnam People's Army and the wearing of K24 uniforms by officers and non-commissioned officers. Agree on a number of new movements of the Military Flag Team in studying and working; a number of issues on implementing Project 06, digital transformation in the Military Region 3 and the Provincial Military; solutions to improve information security and network security; electronic warfare in information warfare and high-tech warfare.

On behalf of the commanders of the two units, Colonel Le Trong Hoa, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, gave a speech to direct the opening of the training session.

The training content also includes the implementation of principles and procedures in the process of organizing party congresses at all levels and the first session of the Party Committee Conference; amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army; security protection, management, and technical assurance for guns, artillery, weapons, and ammunition; testing the shooting of K54 guns/lessons 1, 1b...

Through training, it contributes to improving the level, capacity, and quality of combat readiness, training and building a regular discipline for cadres and agencies at all levels, as a basis for unified direction and implementation in the provincial military, closely following the requirements of tasks in the coming time.
