Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command launched the 2025 Emulation Movement

On the morning of January 10, at Regiment 244 (Uong Bi City), the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command launched the 2025 Emulation Movement, associated with the special emulation movement to welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Representatives of emulation blocs under the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command signed the emulation agreement.

The 2025 Determination to Win emulation movement, with the theme: "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, creativity, Determination to Win" with the guiding ideology throughout: Promoting democracy, strengthening solidarity, maintaining discipline, innovation, and excellently completing tasks. Focusing on implementing well the emulation contents and targets, such as: Thoroughly grasping the resolutions of Party committees at all levels, focusing on Resolution No. 1242 of the Party Committee of Military Region 3, Resolution No. 31 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, Resolution No. 2124 of the Provincial Military Party Committee on leading the implementation of tasks in 2025 and resolutions and directives on local defense and military work. Comprehensively and synchronously deploying the Determination to Win emulation movement creates motivation to successfully carry out assigned tasks; building Party committees and organizations at all levels to excellently complete tasks, agencies and units to be comprehensively strong "exemplary, typical". Compete to build agencies and units that are strong in politics, ideology, and organization; maintain solidarity, unity, and exemplary spirit, and determination to win. Organize well the research, dissemination, and implementation of resolutions, directives, and conclusions of Party committees. Do a good job of political and ideological education, building political mettle, and determination for cadres and soldiers.

Well organize activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day; 80 years of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; 80 years of the Traditional Day of the Military Region 3. Do a good job of preparing and successfully organizing the Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee and Military (the Party Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department and the Military Party Committee of Ha Long City organized the Congress in advance to gain experience). Implement the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army.

Strengthening the command and management staff at all levels to meet the requirements of adjusting the organization and staffing, associated with the good implementation of personnel work for Party congresses at all levels. Improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline. Being proactive, innovative, creative, determined to excellently complete tasks. Maintaining and improving combat readiness; proactively coordinating to grasp and forecast the situation, advising on timely handling of situations, avoiding being passive and surprised; promoting the vanguard and core role in participating in PCTT - TKCN. Innovating and improving the quality of education and training in national defense and security knowledge for subjects; activities of the militia and self-defense forces. Actively advising localities and deploying the construction of defense works in the defense zone posture to achieve 100% of the targets set in the Resolution. Military recruitment and enrollment achieved 100% of the targets, in accordance with the law, safely, and with high quality. Ensure adequate and timely financial, logistical and technical support for regular and ad hoc tasks.

Collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Military Command for their outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day.

Promote emulation to improve the quality and effectiveness of implementing the "Three Breakthroughs" according to the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels; effectively deploy the special emulation movement with the theme "Emulation to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels of Quang Ninh province, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Patriotic Emulation Congress of Quang Ninh province, towards the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress", actively build meaningful works and tasks to welcome (the provincial Military Command has 3 to 5 typical works and tasks; each agency and unit has 1 to 2 typical works and tasks). The District Military Command supports the construction of at least 1 new house of gratitude for each unit, or 1 house of comrades, a house of Great Unity, worth 80 million VND/house or more...

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, presented certificates of merit and certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day.
