From February 14 to 18, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command organized a health check-up for 300 new soldiers joining the army in 2025.
The health check-up includes: physical, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, dermatology, eyes, maxillofacial, ear, nose and throat... In addition, the Provincial Military Command coordinated with Military Hospital 7 (Military Region 3) to organize blood and urine tests, HIV and drug screening, and chest X-ray for 100% of new soldiers.
During the implementation process, the unit's medical staff organized professional training for medical officers and employees; coordinated to prepare sufficient forces, means, materials, and medical equipment to serve the health examination for new soldiers, ensuring strictness, safety, seriousness, order, science, efficiency, and on time as prescribed.
Through health check-ups for new soldiers, we aim to accurately assess, classify, and select soldiers who are healthy enough to meet the requirements of training and service in the Army. In case new soldiers do not meet the health standards for enlistment, they will be disqualified and returned to their locality.
